Reinforcing the concept of process integration, we have a professional team dedicated to pre-press and digital information management, which provides complete solutions before the printing process, interpreting the clients requirements, putting the original arts in fully calibrated chromalin aligned to our printers, which will then reproduce the true reflection of the finished product.
We have special laboratories for the process of inks preparation, each one of them has an automatic dispenser where the exact quantities of ink are prepared, to quickly achieve colors and tones as necessary, ensuring their repetitiveness over time, assigning each color a specific formula. Each laboratory has also sophisticated elements of color measurements, such as spectrophotometers and densitometers.
Focused on permanent innovation, we have next generation printers both in flexography and in photogravure, defining the printing technology, according to the production volume, costs associated to the process, deadlines and product requirements. Acting with great flexibility and efficiency in each solution.
Bolsapel is pioneer company in the country for package manufacturing, for this reason, in our pre-shaping area we produce the most different types: bags, with American shape or square bottom, with paper base, single or laminated, pouches and stand up pouches, film-based, and manufacture of heat shrink sleeves for rigid packages.
