Bolsapel was born in 1944.
From its beginnings, based on a manual process of paper bags manufacturing, until now, full of sophistication in flexible packages, from its founder, Mr. Martín Rastellino, until these days, and with hard work of his children and grandchildren, in a journey through a path that allowed keeping the same vision: to be market leaders in flexible packaging, considering context, clients, suppliers and collaborators on the way.

Bolsapel consists of two production centers that complement each other and can act with various levels of interaction: the Traditional Plant of 7.000 square meters of surface, and the New Plant, located on a 25.000 square meters land, with a covered surface of 11.000 square meters, for production, warehousing and service area.
In both plants, we exceed the existing security measures, both in connection to the staff care, and in relation to the environment.

Our mission is to manufacture flexible packaging, made of paper, and heat-shrinkable sleeves, preserving the environment and taking good care of the interests of our clients, employees, shareholders and the community.

Our Research and Development team in collaboration with our clients provides its experience in solutions, which makes us distinctive from our competitors, not only in packaging design but also in development of innovative concepts in marketing and logistics.
We provide advice to our clients in development of new products by offering the latest advances in innovation of the international market.

Focused on standardization and online control during the entire process, we make sure we have a great quality product throughout its production.
One of Bolsapel´s goals is the satisfaction of our clients through the continuous improvement of the processes.
In this context, the company values and permanently promotes the high level of specialization and training of its employees.
Validating these criteria, our Quality Management System has ISO 9001:2008 certification, granted by IRAM and IQNET.
In addition, the company works under the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) guidelines.
Bolsapel has FOOD SAFETY SYSTEM CERTIFICATION 22000, Certification scheme for food safety systems, which includes: ISO 22000:2005, ISO/TS 22002-4:2013 and additional requirements of FSSC 22000:2013, granted by IRAM.
